Free UK Delivery

Take advantage of FREE delivery to UK addresses when you order over £50 (Standard Delivery).
Note: your total spend must be £50 after any other discounts are taken off. 
 

Standard UK Delivery

You will receive your parcel 3 to 4 working days. Delivery is Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Spend over £50 to receive free UK delivery.


Next Day UK Delivery

£7.99

Order before 1pm and your parcel will be dispatched on the day of order to arrive with you by 7pm the next working day.
Orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and delivered the next working day being Monday.
Orders placed after 1pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day (this is a 'signed for' service).
If you require your parcel by a specific time we offer a by 1pm and a by 10.30am service.

  

Free Click & Collect

We also offer click and collect in our Harbourside store. If choosing to click and collect, please enter your home address as the shipping
address as we will use this as a form identity when you collect. Please bring with you a copy of your checkout confirmation when
you collect your order. 

We will email you to inform you that your order has been picked and is ready to collect but please allow 1 working day from the
date of ordering.

Our Working Days

Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays, there is no dispatch on the weekend unless requested.
Please note, the above delivery schedule is for mainland UK addresses and should only be used as a guide, during busy periods or following a bank
holiday delivery timescales may be longer. If you live in a remote area or the Highlands or Northern Ireland please allow at least
one extra working day. 

Our shipping days are Monday-Friday, we do not dispatch parcels over the weekend or on bank holidays. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be
dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will dispatched the next working day.

If you request parcel to be left in a 'safe place' it is the customers responsibility, we cannot accept any responsibility, for lost or missing parcels.

Please note, all shipping timeframes including international other than next day are approximate and should only be used as a guide. During
busy periods please allow extra time to receive your order.


Order Queries

Please notify us as soon as possible in the event of a delay to the selected delivery service and we will investigate and endeavour to resolve as quickly as possible. However, unfortunately we cannot
be accountable for delayed items.

 

Exchanges and Breakages and Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event products arrive with breakages, defective elements or incorrect items, you must report this to us within fourteen days of delivery.
Please do not reject parcels from the courier because you suspect the goods are broken, please accept the delivery and contact us.

Please be aware, we may ask you for photographic evidence of a breakage or an incorrect item. Please note, we only replace items that are defective,
damaged or if an incorrect item has been received.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from receipt of item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, we will not accept returns for bespoke items.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

We will notify you as soon as a refund or credit is made. Please note that although we will refund funds to your bank/credit provider immediately, in some cases there may be a delay of up to 14 working days before your bank returns your money into your account. 
If you haven’t received an agreed refund, first please check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns and Exchanges

For returns, please mail your product to:
Pop Cloud, Unit 2 Building 11, Millennium Promenade, Bristol Harbourside, BS1 5SZ.

It is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware,
any costs of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, upon receiving your refund. 

Please note, depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item of value you should consider using a trackable shipping/postal service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
